Michael Stroke-Fahy, Ardrahan, Galway, Ireland.

An Irish politician's contributions to democracy and European wellbeing
Mr Fahy, a locally elected councillor in Galway, is another gombeen Paddy who gives succour to my blog’s countervails against aggressive backwardness and ridicule meriting behaviour.
Michael Stroke-Fahy, a classy chap or a
moron with a rat-like cunning?

A concise outline of Fahy’s recent history:

In 2007 he was convicted and sentenced to 12 months in prison and fined €75,000 in respect of theft and fraud. The charges against included fraudulently coercing council employees to erect more than one-mile of fencing on his land. There were appeals and retrials one of which downgraded his crime to “obtaining the benefit of €7,055 from Galway County by false pretences.” Eventually all charges against him were dropped and his good name reinstated.
His only concern now is that people don’t denigrate his greatness by referring to him by his nickname Stroke.
Aspects of Fahy’s court appearances worth mentioning is the shamelessness and/or incompetence that was laid bare. Fahy was finally vindicated with the statement “evidence before court different from case made by state”.

Mr Fahy gives a regal wave to his idiot constituents.
Seems the evidence wasn’t compatible with convicting Fahy in the first instance. Could it be that the only incompetence surrounding this case was that the purposeful innocuous evidence offered at the original trial was misread, that Fahy was initially, against the prosecution's will, found guilty?

Was this an attempt to be seen to be doing something in order to placate the foreigners (EU) who demanded Ireland finally bring some of its many corrupt politicians to justice?

This case smacks of Judge Brian Curtin’s paedophilia related court appearance which was dismissed because of an out-of-date search warrant.
A determined look as he goes to fleece another person or organisation?
Eventually, of course, Stroke-Fahy – like Brian Curtin – was exonerated and he now lives happily on his well corralled farm in Galway. Although he must have been aghast that his cronies didn’t get it right at the first trial, that he had to go through a rigmarole of appeals.
There’s not much doubt in Ireland that Fahy was up to his red-neck in theft and fraud; numerous people witnessed council employees rejuvenating his farmstead – the dogs are practically barking his guilt along the roads of western-Ireland.
What’s really disgusting about the charges levied and then dropped against Fahy is the response of his constituents.

Fahy shows a determination that's similar to Shrek.
At a time of continual planetary civil strife, and warfare being waged by people in attempt to throw off the shackles of despotism and corruption, the people of Galway weren’t just satisfied to turn a blind eye to Fahy’s fraud.

Instead, when he was initially investigated and charged, they went out and protested on his behalf. They held rallies; they marched along the goat-tracks that pass for roads in the west-of-Ireland and demanded that the authorities stop harassing him.
And when they eventually got their way and had him absolved they would – after seeing their ill-begotten sprogs onto a bus bound for a UK building site – have driven along badly potholed roads to Fahy’s farm, rested upon his new fence and congratulated him – a surreal unexplainable bunch of morons.
Pádraig Flynn – another west-
of-Ireland politician – and his sprog Beverly. He boasted on live Irish TV about how hard it was to run his many households.
Most nauseating of all is the fact that Michael Stroke-Fahy’s involvement in corruption proceedings has guaranteed him, within his constituency, any election win he chooses.

In Galway they don't view him as having committed fraud, instead he pulled a fast-one, got one over on someone. And this is to be applauded and cheered; the thick bastards don't have the nous to know it’s themselves who have been robbed.
Apart from one decent stretch of motorway1 that leads from Athlone to Galway the rest of Connaught’s highways and byways consist of goat track.

A new vehicle, due to the atrocious condition of the roads, depreciates here five times faster than anywhere else in the First World. When their ill-educated2 sprogs want employment they have to travel to the UK and sweep up on construction sites.

And yet the stupid bastards go out and hold protest rallies when one of their many incompetent and corrupt public representatives gets charged with theft. I’d guarantee that if both Galway natives and a group of chimpanzees were assessed in regards competent interaction with their neighbours and environments the monkeys would probably be found more capable.
90% of the roads in this part of Ireland are little more than goat-tracks.
Even with your nervous system overflowing with hallucinogens you couldn’t possibly imagine the type of arseholes these people are.

Witnessing this type of bullshit makes me lament those who believe in God. Could any deity create cretins such as these? I don’t think it’s likely; can only imagine that if one did he’s (she’s?) out there now in some distant galaxy whacking his head on a rock wondering how he got it so fucking wrong.
These rural Irish idiots, and their leaders, are, unconsciously, telling us something. Their utter moronism and the shamelessness of their leaders tells how democracy is not the uniform and unflappable system of government that it’s assumed to be.

For democracy to be effective you need, at least, an electorate with intelligence levels above that of orang-utans – i.e., people who won’t continually elect imbeciles and then protest when these corrupt elected representatives get punished for theft.
The fact that they’ll hold rallies in support of a corrupt politician while waving their uneducated sons and daughters into a life of second-citizenry working on foreign building sites questions whether they should have a vote at all.
They’re also letting it be known that it’s a complete waste of time giving monetary aid to ne'er-do-wells without overseeing what it’s spent on. Since 1973 it’s European taxpayer’s money that has paid the way in Ireland, especially in western regions.

This easy money has been topped up by Ireland becoming Northern Europe’s only tax haven: extremely low corporation tax with the added bonus of low-brow tax inspectors who can be easily duped by a foreign company’s astute accountants – as easy as taking toys from a baby.

A typical highway in the west-of-Ireland.
The European taxpayer has been throwing money hand-over-fist at these people for the last four decades and it’s this, in essence, that has funded Stroke-Fahy’s corrupt farm renewal scheme. Monies that have also contributed to decades of corruption involving other Irish politicians3.
It’s thus easy to see how the European Union is responsible for these people’s retardation, how it has, at least, some culpability for their descent into ever more idiocy.
And after forty years of handouts a drive from Galway to Clifden, or Sligo, entails navigating a track you’d more usually find in the Himalayan foothills. Handing money to people who are dumb enough to accept this and then giving them free reign in how to use it is not very much different than giving a wino handouts of cash.
All of what they’ve been given has been wasted, and it’s easy for them to flush the handouts away because their moron-mindset and shamelessness programmes them to expect more.
Perhaps it’s the European Union who should have been charged over the misappropriated funds instead of gombeen Fahy?
___________________________ 1 Which was built and paid for by the EU.

2 That the sprogs are predominantly uneducated is not always due to inherent thickness. Some of them could be instructed except there’s a third-world like education system in place with nether-world like staff.

3 This Irish waste of European taxpayers money is, no doubt, one of the root causes of the extreme right’s exponential electoral gains recently. And they’re placed to make massive progress in the European elections. It’s understandable that people are annoyed; who wants to see Paddy-arseholes wasting their hard earned money?
