John Fitzgibbons and Timothy Owens, Cork Education and Training Board.

The humanoids who make up the populace of south-west Ireland will leave no stone unturned in their endeavours to prove themselves to be some kind of subspecies
Timothy Owens, CEO of Cork Education and Training Board.
It was bad enough that Helen Ryan, principal of Cork College of Commerce, had the vacuity to publish a student’s letter of complaint on the internet – a letter that was sent to her with all reasonable expectations of privacy.
This backward Irish bitches’ actions have seemingly given John Fitzgibbons and Timothy Owens (Education Officer and CEO, respectively, with the Cork Education and Training Board) enlightenment in how to counteract a bad review; they have also had the temerity to publish online private correspondence that they received outlining the questionable practices of one of their charges, Ian Spillane – click this link to see the disgusting comments this inbred freak posted about children in his care.
Helen Ryan, you’d think butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth.
Mr Fitzgibbons and Mr Owens, like their colleague Ms Ryan, find these reviews annoying because whenever their names are googled one or other of Blackdwarf’s articles relating Cork’s atrocious inbred backwardness comes top of the SERPs (search engine results pages). Of course this doesn’t sit well with inbred backward Irish morons who view themselves as being part of an unassailable elite.
Mr Fitzgibbons, Mr Owens and Ms Ryan had a duty, in line with their roles as Education Officer, CEO and college principal, to extend the correspondent privacy and to deal with the issues raised in a professional manner. Instead all of them did what would be expected of slackjawed Irish drunks; published the concerned person’s letters in a vain attempt at vengeance.
Helen Ryan, college principal, and John Fitzgibbons, education officer.

We sought the opinion of a highly placed education official in a European country; explained the atrocious acts that led to the correspondence being sent1, told of the inane and insulting responses from Ryan and Fitzgibbons, of how their couldn't-care-less attitude had been blogged about, and of how both of them subsequently published the complainants’ letters on the internet.
She was flabbergasted, said these Irish educational officials clearly published the letters as way of vengeance, and that absolutely nothing could condone them having done so. She then added that if Ryan, Owens and Fitzgibbons disagreed with any reviews that had been published about them they had recourse to legal action, and if they weren’t prepared to take, or had no legal grounds for, litigation they should have walked away and forgot about it.
Cllr. J Corr, former bigwig in Cork education and typically failed arseholic Irish politician.
That they have “no legal grounds” is the rub for Ryan, Fitzgibbons, Owens and the inbred backward bastards in the Cork educational establishment. Instead all they're capable of is acting like mentally sub-normal children, lashing out as if they want to prove the Irish really are a stupid race.

Cllr. J Corr (pictured right) is another Cork moron who had responsibility for education in south-west Ireland. I wonder is this Irish arsehole happy in his retirement having presided over the planet's most backward schooling system which, for the most part, was (and is) funded by German, French and UK taxpayers?

There’s no doubt that Ian Spillane’s tweets were actually made by him and that they are still retrievable from a former Twitter account of his. And then there’s “teachers” such as Elaine Looney and Deirdre O’Sullivan in the Cork College of Commerce: if either of these were put in a witness box any half-baked solicitor would tear them apart – these Cork bitches are both as thick-as-planks and are hardly fit to mop floors let alone teach.
So Timothy Owens, John Fitzgibbons and Helen Ryan have no recourse other than to act like the inbred witless Irish mongrels that they are: because of their responsible and well paid positions in Irish society their posting of private mail online shows them to be even lower than the trolls who stalk social media and attempt drive young people to suicide.
